INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Large Organic Eggs, room temperature
  • 3 Large Overly Ripe Organic Bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Whole Milk (you can substitute almond milk if dairy free)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups Gluten Free Flour Mix
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Organic Flax Seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease and flour (GF) a loaf pan � set aside
  3. Combine the wet ingredients in a small bowl and whisk
